Who we are

What We Do

Original Art for Architectural Settings

5th Wall Editions develops original, site-specific artwork in conversation with architecture. We work with architects, interior designers, owners and project teams to shape commissions around the identity, material character and purpose of a space. Hospitality is an important part of this approach, alongside other commercial settings.

Artistic Direction & Place

A commission begins with an idea rooted in its setting. Narrative, proportion, color and composition give the work its direction. The aim is a distinct artistic response that belongs to the space, whether expressed in an individual work or a coordinated body of artwork.

Material Consideration

Surface, texture, scale and finish are considered alongside the composition. Materials and production methods are established for each commission, with the project team’s requirements informing those decisions.

A Collaborative Process

Drawings, references and conversations help define the artwork brief. Artistic development and the responsibilities for fabrication, supply and installation are agreed as part of the project scope.
